Pre-launch data approach
Initial website enquiries should contain only the information needed for us to understand your request. Please do not submit confidential production files, personal data beyond your contact details or commercially sensitive laboratory results through the website form.
If detailed information is needed, CharAtlas will first agree an appropriate exchange method, purpose and scope with you. Access should be limited to the people involved in assessing the request, and information should not be reused for another purpose without agreement.
